Sunblock, or suncreen come in many different form and levels. From gels to sprays, lotions and other typesof topivals. Spf 4- 100, UVA/UVB......what does it all mean and how do we choose?

Well let's look at some key fators when picking out a sunscreen.

Lotion- Dry, and Extra dry skin types, also waterproof is available for athletes.

Gel- Oily, sensitive, and Hyperpigmented skin types

Spray- Normal, Dry

What is SPF?

The Sun Protection Factor, is the scientific labrotory level and sun protection you will get, the higher themore protection you will get. Spf 15 should minimal in your everyday skincare routine.

It is also important to make sure you have both UVA/UVB protection from the sun. Also make sure to reapply sunblock every few hours for certain protection.
