Skin Diet
When you think of diets. you're usually trying to lose weight, a skin diet is believed to help with skin and mood, weight control. Plus it's tasty! I hate the word diet though, it sounds too harsh. Let's try "skin food discipline", ahh much better. Diet=Pain Discipline =Results Fact: Silly cosmetic companies will tell you that acne and other skin problems are not cause by the foods just our body's natural chemistry. It's a funny notable fact that in certain cultures, where refined sugar, and other processed foods are non apparent, acne doesn't exists. Here are a few simple everyday food guidelines to follow. Goldren Rules: 1.Keep package, canned, processed foods to a minimum> most of what you eat, should be packed with nutrients. 2. Water, water, and more water 3.Essential fatty acids, are very nessacary (and tasty) 4.Every meal should have a Protein, Carb and Fat! 5.Leafy green veggies are great, and juciy fruits....5 servings a day 6. It's better, to eat a bunch small little meals, then 2 huge meals.
7. Don't forget your skin Vitamin's and supplements.
