Cleanser -Step 1
Cleansers are almost always the beggining of a normal skin care regimen., personally I believe it's also the most important. There are so many though. How do we truly find one that fits so many different
skin types?
I would say trial and error but that can get timely and expensive. so let's go over some of the different types. Remember that nothing is set in stone feel free to mix and match until find what really fits you.
Normal Skin- There are many options for you, if I were that lucky I would get a head start on Anti-Aging products if couldn't hurt plus you're always left more supple and soft. If you're not quite ready try, facial wipes, cream based, two in one with toners. Oily- Acne prone types should go with an oil-free gel. If you're not so worried about blemishes try a foaming solution that won't strip you're skin of it's natural needed oils. Dry- Even simple water splashing can sometimes be irritating, If you are extra-dry and flaky use a cream based cleanser that can be wiped off with a tissue. It will some moisture there for you. Others who aren't as dry can use ones that have lots of glycerin, and fatty acids and, they also make the skin softer....sweet! Sensitive- Depending on your alleregies, stick with "all-naturals" and "fragrance-free" combinations. If you're fighting acne as well you also might want to try ones glycerin. If you tend to be more dry, a thin lotion that be tissued off as well based one should do the trick. Hyperpigmentation- scrubbing on a daily bases is out of the question, because you bruise an scar so easily. A glycolic enriched with a cream base, or gel will help exfoliate the top layer of skin. As I've said before there no one regimen for just one specific skin type you must learn your combo that fits you.
Maybe a toner for Dry Skin, and a Cleanser for Sensitive is perfect for you.
